In Gatwick Investment Ltd and Others v Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE [2024] EWHC 124 (Comm), Jacobs J considered a series of preliminary issues on the meaning of the wording of a number of insurance policies issued by different insurers to different policyholders. The wordings were similar and the various cases for the most part raised the same issues.
