Ireland publishes reports on compensation payments in personal injury cases

Irish Minister for Justice Helen McEntee has published two important reports relating to compensation payments in personal injuries cases. First, the report of the Interdepartmental Group on the “Indexation Rate for Periodic Payment Orders (PPOs)”.
