FCA consults on 8.75% fee-hike for 2024/25

The FCA is consulting on increasing its minimum, flat-rate and application fees by 8.75 per cent for the current financial year, after holding them flat in 2023/24.

The 8.75 per cent reflects the increase in its baseline operational budget. Submissions need to be made to the Financial Conduct Authority by 14 May and the resulting policy statement will be published in July.
