It's now over six months since the Chancellor announced a package of measures to take forward the Government's vision of an "open, sustainable and technologically advanced" financial services sector, as well as to build on the reforms proposed in the Financial Services and Markets Bill. FSM Bill: Royal Assent before the summer recess

We have a Bill that has just become law, along with many discussion and consultation papers waiting on responses and/or for regulators to have the powers they need to deliver the planned changes.
