CHAPTER 9 Tests on Completion

9.1 Contractor’s Obligations

The Contractor shall carry out the Tests on Completion in accordance with this Clause and Sub-Clause 7.4 [Testing by the Contractor], after submitting the documents under Sub-Clause 4.4.2 [As-Built Records] and Sub-Clause 4.4.3 [Operation and Maintenance Manuals].
