Infrastructure

This chapter will provide a snapshot of the infrastructure of international commercial dispute resolution in Hong Kong. By “infrastructure” is meant the legal machinery and organizations (public and private) supporting international commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Hong Kong.
