Court of Appeal upholds schedule for interim payments

Balfour Beatty was engaged by Grove to design and construct a hotel and serviced apartment at Greenwich Peninsular under the JCT standard form Design and Build Contract 2011. The parties agreed that Grove would make interim payments in accordance with a schedule, which provided for interim payments from September 2013 to July 2015.
