BOOK REVIEW - PUBLIC POLICY IN TRANSNATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

PUBLIC POLICY IN TRANSNATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS edited by M. Rubino-Sammartano, J.D., F.C.I.Arb., Avvocato, and C. G. J. Morse, M.A., B.C.L., Barrister (M.T.), Reader in Law, King’s College London. Kluwer, Deventer (1991, xxx and 387pp.). Looseleaf Dfl. 170.
This is at present a three-nation survey (Belgium 57 pages; England 179 pages; Italy 124 pages) which is intended to be expanded to cover certain other (unspecified) jurisdictions. It is in looseleaf format, handsomely produced, and will be increasingly informative as the various sections are published and updating occurs. That much is clear.
