Contract-Agreement by insurance brokers to pay moneys received under policy to assured's assignee-Whether assignee had cause of action against brokers for non-payment. Estoppel-Denial by insurance brokers of validity of assignment by assured of its rights against insurers-Whether insurance brokers estopped by correspondence between them and assured. Assignment-"Chose" in action-Notice in writing not given to insurers-Right of assignees to sue in their own name-Law of Property Act, 1925, Sect. 136.
