List of rulings of the European Court on the interpretation of the Lugano/Brussels rules

The chronological list of cases are the decisions of the European Court, on references made for a preliminary ruling, on the Brussels Convention/Regulation and the Lugano Convention. All were decided before Completion Day, which means that they are retained EU case law for the purposes of Section 6 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
