19.1 Commercial property insurance typically falls into two categories, either specified perils or all risks insurance. Both forms of indemnity cover can stand alone or be combined with consequential loss cover, such as business interruption, denial of access and others. They can also be found in combined multi-line commercial policies, perhaps also covering employers, public and personal liability.
