CONFERENCE NOTICE
The Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), a non-profit US-based organisation, and its members have substantially influenced the concept of dispute resolution by the use of Dispute Review Boards or Dispute Adjudication Boards (DRB/DAB) and they have contributed to the international success of these procedures.
On Friday 18 and Saturday 19 June 2004 the DRBF will hold its Fourth International Conference in Berlin, Germany.
This conference will take up the basic concept of a DRB and address international experience and recent developments in this area (for example, by the ICC, and in Eastern Europe). It will concentrate on the possible application of such a concept in the countries in Europe where German is spoken or understood. Experts of repute will speak on relevant topics.
The proceedings will be bilingual in English and German, with simultaneous translation. The detailed programme includes:
