British Airways cabin crew win landmark tribunal discrimination case

Former members of cabin crew for British Airways have won a landmark tribunal case. The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), which supported the claimants, said the case affirms the legality of protection from indirect associative discrimination, which is now contained in section 19A of the Equality Act 2010.
